My bookings

The main landing page for Resource Bookings is a 7 day calendar showing a summary of your bookings for the coming week. The display uses a table layout and enables you to click any of the table cells to book a resource for that time slot.

Less clicks and more information

It takes exactly ZERO clicks to see your bookings for the coming week. ONE click will take you to any date in the next THREE months. ONE click will show you availability of resources. Overall there are LESS clicks to operate SOBS than any other scheduling software available.

Training not required

When you begin your trial of SOBS the first thing you will notice is the ease of use. The system responds in the way most users will expect it to respond. Simply clicking on a calendar space will initiate a booking - simple and intuitive. Additional help text is included on the screen where further instructions are required.

Odd timetables and assemblies

I think we can handle it. If your school has a 5, 7, 10, 12, or a 20 day timetable cycle - yes, we can handle it. If your school happens to teach 7 days a week or from Tuesday to Saturday - yes, we can handle it. If you have different period times for each day of the week - yes, we can handle it. We're not masters at yoga but we are flexible.
